About StartUGC

StartUGC is an online creator-resource brand operated by North Elara LLC. We provide educational resources, workflow tools and creator infrastructure related to user-generated content (UGC).

No guaranteed results

Our products provide education, frameworks and tools. We do not guarantee income, employment, brand deals, campaign acceptance, platform eligibility, audience growth, conversion rates or any other specific result. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your work, market conditions, brand decisions and third-party platform rules.

Digital product license

Unless a product expressly states otherwise, a purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the purchaser's own personal or internal business use. Files may not be resold, redistributed, publicly uploaded, shared, sublicensed, copied for others or commercially reproduced.

Creator Network and campaigns

Joining the Creator Network does not guarantee selection, compensation, gifted product or ongoing work. Compensation, deliverables, revisions, usage rights, deadlines and other campaign terms are confirmed separately for each specific opportunity.

Third-party platforms

StartUGC may discuss or link to third-party services, creator platforms, marketplaces and social networks. We do not control their availability, eligibility rules, fees, decisions or policies.

Accuracy and changing information

Creator platforms, rates, policies, programs and opportunities can change. Customers should verify current third-party requirements before relying on them for a business decision.

Orders and payments

You agree to provide accurate checkout information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. We may cancel or refund orders where necessary to address fraud, duplicate transactions, pricing errors, technical issues or legal obligations.

Intellectual property

StartUGC branding, original product content, graphics, templates and written materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights transfer through a purchase.
