Shipping policy

StartUGC sells both digital creator products and physical Creator Gear.

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. Access may be provided after checkout, by email, through your customer account, or through an approved digital-delivery service.

Physical Creator Gear requires shipping. Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products ordered, destination, and available fulfillment method.

Physical items may ship separately from digital products. Tracking information will be provided when available.
